Brixdex ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it. We keep it short because right now we collect very little.
What we collect
If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That's it. We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any information about your collection at this stage.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you.
How we use it
- To email you when early access to Brixdex opens.
- To send occasional updates about the product, if you've opted in.
We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
Who handles your data
We use trusted third-party services to collect and send email (for example, our email and form provider, and our website host). These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We choose providers that use encryption and industry-standard protections.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Request deletion of your email from our list by contacting us (see below).
- If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and we'll honor them.
Data security
Our site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We rely on reputable providers to store your email securely and we limit access to it. No method of transmission is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Brixdex is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted their email, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify waitlist members by email.
